1.Linear edge grinding machines generally use 10S series or 9R series polishing tools.The elasticity and polishing performance of 10S series polishing tools are better than those of 9R series polishing tools.Therefore,the vast majority of domestic glass deep processing manufacturers are using 10S series polishing tools.There are two types of 10S series polishing tools and 9R series polishing tools,respectively,which are bottom edge polishing wheels used for polishing glass bottom edges and chamfering polishing wheels used for polishing glass chamfers.Due to the hardness of the 9R series polishing tools being relatively hard compared to the 10S series polishing tools,it has the characteristics of strong grinding force,high grinding efficiency,and long service life.For some furniture glass and craft glass processing,high brightness is required,and cerium oxide polishing tools are often used.
2.Linear beveling machine,generally using 10S series polishing tools and wool felt polishing tools.The commonly used 10S series polishing tools have the specifications of the bottom edge wheel,and wool felt polishing tools need to be used in conjunction with cerium oxide polishing powder.
3.The single arm irregular edge grinder generally uses BD series polishing tools and BK series polishing tools when polishing the straight,round,duckbill,and wavy edges of glass.Generally,the appropriate polishing tool thickness is selected based on the thickness of the glass to be polished.When polishing the irregular beveled edges of glass,10S series polishing tools and wool felt polishing tools are generally used.Wool felt polishing tools should also be used in conjunction with cerium oxide polishing powder.Their selection method is the same as that of a straight bevel machine.
4.Linear circular edge machines usually use BK series polishing tools and BD series polishing tools.
5.Glass engraving machines usually use specialized polishing and grinding tools for glass engraving machines.
6.Other edge grinding machines and specialized edge grinding machines,in addition to the glass edge grinding machines mentioned above,there are also some simple and single purpose edge grinding machines,such as chamfering machines,small disc machines,portable edge grinding machines,etc.In addition,there are some specialized edge grinding machines,such as linear double-sided edge grinding machines and washbasin edge grinding machines.Model grinding machine,etc.The types of polishing tools they use are generally similar to the polishing tools used in the edge grinding machines mentioned above,but with differences in specifications.It is worth noting that in the selection of polishing tools for edge grinding machines,the corresponding polishing tools and specifications should be selected based on the shape,characteristics,brightness of the glass edge to be processed,and the type of edge grinding machine.
